Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.
Receiver must inspect product and note any damages or order errors with the freight forwarder upon delivery and advise us via email within 24 hours.
if you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and ready for collection.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have either paid in full or made your first lay-by instalment, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Should a product be delivered faulty, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault. Bear in mind some of our products are antique and may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the product, any notable imperfections will be noted on the product page.
