NOTE: All deliveries are based on 'curb-side' pickup. For heavier/bulky items, you may need to assist the delivery driver. If you cannot assist or if you wish to have your items brought inside the property, please contact us before ordering.
We offer an Australia wide delivery. It does not include or cover the following -
A) A residential address, the access of which, involves stairs/lifts/restricted access/or dangerous OH/S conditions. Failure to comply with the aforementioned will render you liable to incur any additional costs, to be determined by the removalist. We also reserve the right to postpone/cancel the delivery and withhold any item/s until compliance with the above delivery conditions has been met.
B) It is up to you to ensure that when delivery date and time are agreed upon, you must ensure someone will be at the address-as supplied by you- to receive the item/s. Any delay and or inability to honour this condition shall render you liable for any costs incurred as a result.
C) Whilst Abode Haven shall endeavour to provide you with a delivery date and time, which suits you, we cannot and do not guarantee, that this may change, due to unforeseen circumstances.
D) Our delivery charge is for the act of DELIVERING THE FURNITURE ONLY and does not include assembly/disassembly/the movement of any existing furniture or the removal of any packaging material. For any charges regarding these exceptions, please contact Abode Haven directly.
E) Our delivery is based on a Mon-Fri weekday rate between the hours of 10 am-5pm. Any deliveries required which do not fall within these days and times, will incur additional costs, to be determined by the removalist.
F) Whilst we do our best to ensure that any items delivered to you should be free of any defects, due to multiple handling and transportation, a situation may arise where this occurs. It is up to you to inspect the item/s received and notify Abode Haven within 7 days of delivery of the item/s, should there be any such defect/s. Failure to do so, may leave you liable for any recovery costs incurred in the assessment and transportation back to our warehouse and may compromise any future claim/s made against the warranty.
G) Whilst we are happy to arrange delivery of any item/s purchased from us, Abode Haven is not affiliated in any way with any delivery company and as such, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage to your property or person incurred or sustained by you as a result of the actions of the delivery company. Any claims arising as a result of the actions of the delivery company, should be taken up directly with them.

Pick up
If you would prefer to pick up the goods yourself, you can arrange to collect them from our showroom/warehouse unit in Kogarah NSW. Just send us an email or call to arrange your pickup.
Warranty and Returns
Note: This item is NOT covered by our 14 day change of mind return
Abode Haven does not accept the return of any Products on a change of mind basis. Our Products may come with guarantee which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at isales@abodehaven.com and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. Abode Haven will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.
We will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The freight cost for the return will be borne by the Customer except where Abode Haven subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case Abode Haven will refund the freight cost to the Customer.
In addition to your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide a 5-year warranty (subject to fair wear and tear) on timber and hardware in respect of solid mahogany products. This express warranty does not apply to other timber types, fabrics or finishes.
