The design is a press on press structure meaning the top part is placed on the bottom part. The top part is 2/3 of the overall size.
Delivery cost will depend on difficulty of access. Stairs etc. the unit can be delivered in two seperate cartons to upstairs locations for example an upstairs bedroom.
White glove service can be arranged by delivery company. To a perfectly level floor with all packing taken away.
To lift the top half onto the bottom requires three men lift.
Inexperienced persons will need a man on each corner. Then, two screws secure the top half to the bottom half.
This item is intended for domestic use. It may not be suitable for commercial usage, and the normal warranty may be voided if it is used for commercial purposes.

NOTE: All deliveries are based on 'curb-side' pickup. For heavier/bulky items, you may need to assist the delivery driver. If you cannot assist or if you wish to have your items brought inside the property, please contact us before ordering as this may incur an extra charge.

All smaller items are dispatched via a common courier
- Each delivery is calculated based on your location.
- Connote details are emailed to you upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse so it can be tracked through the courierโs websites.
- Orders will normally arrive within 3 โ 10 days depending on your location.
Larger furniture and fragile items will be delivered via furniture removalists
- Furniture can be a bit complicated (due to the sheer size and weight of the items) but we source the services of several removalists to get your pieces to you in good condition.
- This service generally takes longer to organize, so please allow up to 14 โ 28 days depending on the delivery location.
- Please specify if there are any difficulties at the delivery location for the removalists as extra charges may apply for stairs or difficult deliveries.
- The drivers cannot assemble furniture and in most cases will not take packaging with them unless specifically requested at the time of order confirmation. A small fee may apply for this service.
Pick Up Orders
If a customer chooses to pick up their order, the customer must wait for confirmation from us before they visit the location for pick up.
Most pick up orders require 24-48 hours notice before collection, if you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering. We ask that customers confirm the date and time they wish to pick up the item with us beforehand.
Once a customer has picked up an order, there is no insurance on the transit of the item. Customers must inspect the item as best as possible beforehand as we cannot provide a replacement or a refund for damage found after transit.
Abode Haven will not be liable for any damage found after the transportation by yourself or a courier/freight company not organised by Abode Haven.

Note: This product is NOT covered by our 14 day Change of Mind Policy
Any Dasch Design products may only be returned to us where notification of the proposed return of the goods is received within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of the Goods, Abode Haven has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods and the Goods are returned in good condition at the expense of the Applicant.
We do not accept change of mind purchases.
