Disclaimer: As all our rattan products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in small villages, variations in colour and finish are to be expected. **Please be aware that the barstools are 110cm in height. They are only suitable for a bar bench, not a kitchen bench height. The reason they are discounted is the footrest on the stool is lower than the position of a normal barstool and therefore your legs dangle when seated. Aside from that, the barstool seat is very comfortable and functional and the artisan hand woven stool is exceptional quality. Normally these stools would sell for $895.00 each. Because of the footrest height we have discounted them. We have new stock coming with the foot rest higher at a normal resting height and the new stock will once again retail at the original price per stool.** Additionally, there is a cost to freight the barstools if they are ordered with delivery. The freight cost is approx $80 - $100 per stool depending on delivery location.

WHAT can be returned?
Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation by Abode Haven.
Unfortunately goods cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Any claims for damage or any other discrepancies like quality issues or short deliveries must be raised during this time in order to rectify these as soon as possible.
Claims will not be excepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered.

HOW do customers return items?
Any returns due to faults or damage must be made utilizing Abode Haven approved carriers and transport companies.
Goods will only be accepted if returned in their original packaging.
CREDIT for returns?
Provided the returns process is followed Abode Haven will at its discretion either refund the purchace price in full or replace the goods as soon as is reasonably possible.
Packing materials?
Any item approved for return must be in its original packaging.
