Warranty

Bluetti Warranty Policy

Please refer to the 'General' section of the each Bluetti product's specification tab to see exact warranty periods. 

Warranty Period
BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

  • For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.
  • For the product of home backup system, the warranty period varies from 48 months to 60 months.
  • For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.

No warranty for gifts product and Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:

  • A purchased order number made through BLUETTI official stores.
  • Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty 
1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
3. Purchased from unauthorized resellers;
4. Use for special application other than normal consumer use;
5. Lost, stolen or full refunded product;
6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
7. Invalid proof of purchase;
8. Warranty period expired
9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
10. Unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate;
11. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.

Return and Refund

  • Order Cancellation:

Order Cancellation can be requested by customer within 48 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the BLUETTI official store. If the product has been shipped, an intercept fee will be charged.

  • 30 days money-back guarantee will be automatically credited to your order.

Claim Process

  • Please contact us via Email: sales@abodehaven.com.au, Monday through Friday, for any assistance with the product.
  • For any warranty claims, service performed by BLUETTI or local authorized service partner, subject to the options below:
  1. Repaired by BLUETTI service center, or
  2. Swap for a replacement product with equivalent specifications according to model and service life
  • In case of replacement, a refurbished model of equal value may be provided and the delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming the defective item has been received at BLUETTI warehouse.
  • A swap product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

If there are any function issues or any other problem you believe to be a warranty issue, please send us an email at sales@abodehaven.com.au immediately with pictures and/or videos so that we can identify the issue and process your request quicker.

Procedures of Warranty Return

  • Please contact our service team at sales@abodehaven.com.au and report any issues with detailed description and pictures and videos.
  • Bluetti's service team will do initial remote assessment and provide you some troubleshooting solutions.
  • If the product needs to be sent back to our service center for further test and assessment, our service team will provide you a prepaid shipping label with RMA number which you need to print & attach to the packages. Each packages needs a separate shipping label so please let us know exactly how many packages you are going to send back to us including detail dimensions and weight of the packages.
  • We will arrange a courier or shipping company to pick up from the address you provided at the agreed date. Please make sure there is someone at the address to hand over the packages to the shipping company.
  • After receiving your products our service team will conduct a comprehensive testing and assessment and you will receive a test report which will outline your options. If the test report indicates the issues of your products falls into our warranty responsibilities, we will fix it and send it back to you at our costs. Otherwise, you will receive the test report with a repairing quote. We will not take any actions until the quote is agreed and paid.
  • If you decide not to proceed with the repairing and request the product to be sent back to you, we will send you an invoice covering the shipping costs we paid to pick up from your place and send it back to you.

 

Warranty Extension

  • The warranty extension is now only applicable for the model of AC200, AC200MAX, AC200P or B230 purchased from BLUETTI official website with protection against damage without service fee.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties 

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability otherwise applicable to BLUETTI portable solar generators. BLUETTI and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. There are no warranties extended other than as provided herein.


This limited warranty may be modified only by BLUETTI. Any implied warranties allowed by law shall be limited in duration to the terms of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have other rights from state to state. BLUETTI’s only liability shall be the repair or replacement as stated above.

Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our BLUETTI Shipping Policy.

Shipping Fee & Time

Free shipping for all orders in the AU. Currently, we only ship orders to the AU.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Usually 2-14 business days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

How will my delivery be shipped?

TOLL, TNT and Australia Post function as our logistics partner to ship out BLUETTI products, and the product will be shipped from KINGSGROVE, NSW.

Friendly reminder that large units like AC200P, AC200MAX,  AC300+B300, EB200P, EP500/EP500Pro, AC200P bundle, EB150 bundle will be shipped by Toll or TNT, and EB150,EB70, EB55, EB70 bundle, EB55 bundle,K5 -cpap-battery, K2 Power bank will ship by Australia Post.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to deliver at the same time, but due to the weight limit, bundle will be shipped desperately. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. For example, if you order AC200P bundle, it will be divided into 3 packages for delivery.


It’s normal that one package has arrived and another package is still in transit.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Refund Policy

Abode Haven's priority is customer satisfaction and therefore we will happily assist customers who wish to return the purchased products from our online store and the authority to request return or refund is permitted.

Cancel your order.

Customers can send an email and request a refund within 48 hours after placing the order if the order has not been dispatched when the request is received.

If orders have been dispatched, customers can wait and receive the products then lodge a refund application as per below return policy.

Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has been shipped.

Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received

  • Defects or Damages

If you receive products in defective/damaged state or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, please send us an email at sales@abodehaven.com.au immediately with pictures and/or videos so that we can identify the issue and process your requests promptly.

30-Days Money Back Guarantee

  • Subject to the rest of this policy, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package. However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost with two options below and a small administration fee:

         1. RMA provided by BLUETTI Customer Service
          Once the item is received at BLUETTI warehouse and the validity is confirmed, the shipping cost for return will be deducted from the refund.
          2. Self-paid Return
         Please contact Abode Haven at sales@abodehaven.com.au to get return details.

  •  If 30 days have passed since the purchase, full refund cannot be offered.
  • Double shipping fee will be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Procedures of 30-Days Money Back Return

  1. Please contact our service team with your purchase proof and pictures of the products you are going to return. Products must be in their original packaging. Our power station products are considered as ‘dangerous goods’ and it is your responsibility to inform the courier or shipping company about that. We will provide you the MSDS files as required by shipping companies. You must also obtain ‘transportation insurance’ with the insured declared value (IDV) no less than the purchase price of the product and must provide evidence to us of having obtained that insurance for the return.
  2. When your return request is approved, our service team will issue an RMA label, which you need to print and attach to the packages for returning. Each package needs a separate RMA label so it is important you tell us how many packages you are going to send back to us.
  3. You must arrange a courier or shipping company to send the products to the address we provided in the email and send us the waybill or shipping documents in addition to the proof of ‘transit insurance’ to make your refund process quicker.
  4. After receiving your products our service team will conduct the necessary inspections and testing and then we will inform you about the testing results. If everything is fine, it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your refund payment via your original payment method. We may deduct the initial delivery fees we incurred to deliver the products to you and the amount will depend on the distance between our warehouse and your delivery address. We may also deduct a small administration fee depending on the model of the product for costs incurred for processing your refund and conducting the inspection, test, and restocking.

Delivery Refusal

Delivery refusal is not accepted and will be treated as a “change of mind”. If you change your mind, you are eligible to get a refund within 30 days in accordance with this policy. Please contact us via email after receiving the delivery and we will help you to get a refund. If you refuse a delivery, you will automatically incur a refusal fee in addition to potentially incurring additional costs. Should such additional costs be incurred, we will have to deduct the refusal fee and the additional costs from your refund.

 Refund

  • For Non-quality issues, refund is provided following the “30 Days Money-Back Guarantee ”.
  • For quality issues, partial refund may be provided according to the usage time of the device after 30 days of the purchase.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to BLUETTI warehouse with a refund notification to customer email address.

      Note: Please contact us if the refund is not received within 14 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Return & Refund will be not processed if

  1. Products returned don’t include all original packaging and accessories.
  2. Any fault or damage to the product is caused by misuse as solely determined by our assessment or testing of the products or improper packaging on the way back to our warehouse.
  3. Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
  4. Returns without the required transportation insurance as per this policy.
