Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be feasible due to shipping preparation.
Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided they are in sellable condition. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Please note both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
For returns, contact our customer service with your order details. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, credited back to the original payment method.

12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty
We offer a 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This excludes damages from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.

And if you're happy with that timeline, you can place a pre-order for that product to ensure your item is reserved!
NOTE: All deliveries are based on 'curb-side' pickup. For heavier/bulky items, you may need to assist the delivery driver. If you cannot assist or if you wish to have your items brought inside the property, please contact us before ordering.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it's shipped at any time free of charge. As long as the item isn't in the shipping process, we'll be able to provide a full refund.
Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Abode Haven on (02) 7259 3753.
What if my product arrives damaged/faulty?
Our products are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch, but we understand that things can go wrong. If your order has arrived with any issues, please contact our support team by emailing sales@abodehaven.com.au with the following information:
Your Name
Order number
Product code or SKU or Title
A photo of the product damage or discrepancy with the item, clearly showing and describing the fault or claim reason in question
What you request as a solution.
Our support team must be notified of any faults or damage within 48 hours of receipt of goods to assess the claim. The team will ask for any further supporting information if required.
If the product was damaged in transit, please ensure that adequate photos have been taken of the packaging to show any possible mishandling. Please ensure that transit damage is lodged as a priority to ensure that we can lodge a claim within the relevant carrier’s claims window.
If a product is reviewed and found to be repairable, our team may organize replacement parts or a repair service to remedy your claim.
If a product is reviewed and found to be faulty and irreparable, our team will arrange a full replacement or return the product for a refund.
If a product is received and found to be different than advertised, or it has been received with a minor defect or difference, our team may offer a partial reimbursement prior to exploring return or exchange options.
We require the faulty product(s) to be packaged adequately in the original packaging, including all accessories and parts, and where possible, not assembled or partly assembled in any way to avoid further damage in transit.
Please note that Abode Haven is not liable for transit damage where the relevant products were not freighted by Abode Haven including products damaged in transit after a customer collection.
