Free standard shipping on all Abode Haven Studio orders, delivered anywhere in Australia. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery from the date of purchase as our team is packing these ourselves. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We offer free 60-day change of mind returns on all Abode Haven Studio products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us at sales@abodehaven.com.au within 60 days of receiving your order and send the goods back to us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

For items that arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Warranty

All Abode Haven Studio products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tray develops a fault under normal use within 12 months of purchase, contact us at sales@abodehaven.com.au and we'll replace or refund it in full.

Please note that natural variations in stone colour, veining, pitting, and tone are inherent characteristics of genuine travertine and marble products and are not considered defects. These qualities are what make each piece uniquely yours.

Travertine is a naturally porous stone. Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture. Do not place directly in water or put in the dishwasher. Oils, acids, and strongly pigmented liquids may cause slight marking over time — this is characteristic of all natural stone and adds to its lived-in beauty.

Each tray is cut and finished from genuine travertine stone. Natural variations in colour, veining, pitting, and tone are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. These characteristics are what make each piece genuinely one of a kind. The tray you receive will be similar to the images shown but will have its own unique pattern — which is exactly as it should be.
