Abode Haven is an Australian-owned online retailer specialising in stylish, high-quality furniture and home décor. Founded in Bondi Junction, Sydney, we aim to offer a superior customer experience and a diverse product range, challenging the dominance of major players in the furniture and homewares industry in Australia.

Do you have a physical showroom?
No, we don't have a showroom ourselves however many of our suppliers have their own showrooms. If you wish to view a product before purchasing please contact us at sales@abodehaven.com.au and we can arrange a visit to the suppliers location. Below are some of the showroom locations for our brands:

Do you offer price matching?
Yes, Abode Haven provides a Price Match Guarantee. If you find the same item at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it under certain conditions.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer delivery all across Australia.
However some areas may incur extra charges if they are rural, regional or exceptional difficult to access.
Also certain products may not be able to be shipped to all addresses due to their nature. Please refer to the shipping and delivery tabs on the product pages for more information.

Why is my shipping expensive?
Your shipping may appear expensive for a few reasons. Mainly, we use specialist furniture removalists and carriers for a lot of our larger items to ensure the item isn't damaged on the way to you. Secondly your area may be difficult to service or the suppliers warehouse is situated further away than you think from your location.
If you think your shipping fee is too expensive, please contact us and we can always see if we can ship your product for cheaper. This is on a case by case basis and allows us to get a quote for the product and see if we can offer a discount on the shipping shown.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most our large and bulky orders have a 5-10 business day ETA while smaller, less fragile orders have a 3-7 business day ETA but this may change based on where your location is and where the warehouse location is.
All orders to WA, NT or TAS may take an extra week to arrive.

Can I track my order?
For large and bulky orders, tracking usually isn't available as we use specialist furniture carriers who are smaller, local companies. When these carriers are used, they usually call you to arrange a date and time for delivery. You'll receive an email from the team letting you know the delivery details once you've placed your order
For smaller items which can be sent by Direct Freight, you will receive an email with your tracking details included.
Can my order be assembled or taken inside my house?
Our shipping rates are based on 'Curb-Side' pick up or ground floor delivery but if you wish to have the item brought inside and/or assembled this can be arranged!
However this is a usually an extra charge and will depend on your property. Get in touch with us at sales@abodehaven.com.au and we'll organise this for you!
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
What is your returns policy?
Returns and refunds differ from brand to brand. Make sure to check the refunds and returns tab on the product page to check what policy is for that specific brand/product.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
While we take the best care to ensure that your products are properly packaged and handled with care during transit, accidents happen and products can arrive damaged (unfortunately). However never fear! If this happens, we will replace your product or, if you'd rather, offer a full refund.
Please send us images and/or videos of the damaged product with 7 days of receiving it to sales@abodehaven.com.au and our team will assist you in organising the replacement.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock that you're interested in, simply contact us and we'll be able to let you know whether it's coming back into stock soon.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Almost all of our products can be picked up for free from the suppliers warehouse.
Simply look for the delivery method at checkout and select the "Free Pick Up" option.
If you can't see a pick up option available, feel free to contact us and we might be able to organise something.
