Abode Haven does not accept any change of mind returns on Nardi items. Returns will be accepted on defective or damaged products only.
You agree to notify Abode Haven forthwith upon becoming aware of any defects in any of the products delivered. You expressly discharge Abode Haven from any liability whatsoever (including but not limited to any claim for negligent misstatement or breaches of the Trade Practices Act 1974) arising out of a delivery of defective products if notification of the defect/s has not been made to Abode Haven within 7 days of delivery of the products.
Where notification of an alleged defect in products has been made within 7 days of delivery of the allegedly defective products and Abode Haven is satisfied that the products are defective, Abode Haven will replace the products with equivalent products, provided the identified defects have arisen solely from faulty materials and/or workmanship on the part of the manufacturer and this will be the limit of Abode Haven liability with respect to any defective products.
Abode Haven will not accept responsibility for any products that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment, inattention, interference and/or malicious damage. The return to Abode Haven of products alleged by you to be defective without Abode Haven written consent will not in any way affect your obligation to pay for the products in accordance with these Terms.
Unless a date or time for availability of products is agreed in writing, Abode Haven agrees to use its best endeavours to make available/ship the products ordered by you within 2 working days of receipt of your order. However, Abode Haven shall not be liable for any losses and or damages occasioned to you arising from such late or non-delivery.
Unless agreed otherwise, Abode Haven will make available the products ordered by you between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If the agreed delivery dates are extended through no fault of Abode Haven, Abode Haven reserves the right to seek full payment of the products and/or storage fees of the goods.
Freight prices are based on deliveries made from Monday to Friday in normal business hours to loading dock or ground floor entrances only and does not include the items being brought inside your home or any assembly and rubbish removal.
If you wish for your items to be assembled (if not already) and/or brought inside your home, please contact us for a white glove delivery quote with details of your property.
Delivery to multi-storey locations will incur additional cost.
The placement, assembly and/or de-bagging of stock is not included in these fees however is available upon request at an additional cost.
Abode Haven also reserves the right to charge an extra fee for regional, rural or exceptional difficult to access addresses. If an extra fee is to be imposed, Abode Haven will contact you about the fee and, if you wish to not proceed, your order will be cancelled in full and refunded.
If you wish to proceed after the extra fee, your order will be amended and you'll be sent another invoice for the balance. Once the the balance is paid we will process your order.
Damage in Transit – If Abode Haven coordinates the freight, all freight costs are inclusive of insurance against damage.
Abode Haven will not be responsible for damage in transit if you co-ordinate the freight (i.e. if you pick up the items from the warehouse). Please inspect the items before accepting and loading them into your vehicle.
All Nardi products carry a 24 month warranty unless otherwise specified. Should the products prove to be defective within this period, and provided that the damage is not due to the use or misuse of the products or from fair wear and tear, Abode Haven will at its discretion, replace or repair defective products free of charge.
