How will the goods be delivered?
We'll use a network of different carriers to deliver your item depending on its size, weight and if it's fragile or not.
All Wattle and Mill goods are ready to ship within 24 - 48 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to your postcode will be calculated at checkout.
For regional, rural or exceptional difficult to access areas, you may need to contact us prior to ordering for an accurate quote or there might be an extra freight charge.
If there is an extra freight charge, you will be notified after you order and, if you're unhappy with the extra charge, your order will be refunded in full.
Is pick up available?
Pick up is available from the Pemulwuy warehouse free of charge. Once your order is ready for collection, one of our team members will be in touch to let you know.

These conditions must strictly be met for all product(s) returned to be accepted:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Any accessories and parts included
- Not assembled (including partially assembled)
- In a re-sellable condition
A 20% restocking fee will apply for any change of mind returns (where the above conditions are also met). Abode Haven will not be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping unless the product(s) are damaged in transit by our nominated carrier(s) or is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
Exclusions:
- Bulk orders will be signed off by both parties and are non-refundable.
- Products which have been partially assembled or assembled in full.

What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in Wattle & Mill products.
How long does the coverage last?
All Wattle & Mill products come with a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise with the exception of selected office chairs which will be covered under Wattle & Mill Commercial Warranty.
All Wattle & Mill seating products marked suitable for commercial use will come with 36 months structural warranty. All components subject to high wear and tear such as upholstery, foam, gas strut and castors will only come with a 12 month warranty.
At Wattle & Mill, we stand behind the quality of all products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while so we encourage you to inspect (and advise your customers) your items(s) upon delivery. Please read the returns section.
How do I make a claim?
We understand sometimes things may go wrong and you will need to return a product for replacement or refund. We make this process incredibly easy, simply contact us on sales@abodehaven.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to let us know and provide the following information:
