Returns and Refunds

Note: This item IS covered by our 14 day Change of Mind return policy

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to your customers, but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.

In this case you will be entitled to a replacement, a refund or a partial refund in order to keep the item in its current condition.

For all refund/replacement requests please provide us with your name, contact details and order number, together with the description & images of damages.

No credit can be considered before we receive these details.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns withn 14 days of the purchase. 

In order to be eligibile for a 14 day change of mind return the item must be returned in its original packaging and in a sellable condition.

If the item is not returned in its original packaging, Abode Haven reserves the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee from the refund.

If the item is not in a sellable coniditon, Abode Haven reserves the right to refuse a refund entirely.

Both the original postage fees as well as the return shipping fees will not be refunded and it is recommend the customer purchases freight insurance for the return shipping to ensure the item is covered if it's damaged in transit as we will take no responsibility for this. 

Shipping and Delivery

We have negotiated very competitive freight rates from the carriers that we use, the benefits of which are passed onto you. The checkout trolley will clearly indicate the shipping cost if there is any. Freight charges are calculated around the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order.

Please do not use a PO Box address for shipping. Please use a physical address.

We ship goods Australia wide but with certain exceptions.

It will take approximately 2 working days to fulfill your order and ship goods from our warehouse in Melbourne.

The national carriers that we use will deliver your order and the time it takes will obviously depend on location of your customer and how busy the freight companies are.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any dates for shipping. 

Warranty

All Dasch Design products carry a 12 month warranty.

To start a warranty claim, please email us at sales@abodehaven.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.

Normal wear and tear as well as misuse of the products is not covered by the warranty.
