FURNITURE DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.
Receiver must inspect product and note any damages or order errors with the freight forwarder upon delivery and advise us via email within 24 hours.
COURIER COLLECTIONS
if you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and ready for collection.
Pick Up Orders
If a customer chooses to pick up their order, the customer must wait for confirmation from us before they visit the location for pick up.
Most pick up orders require 24-48 hours notice before collection, if you need your order sooner, please contact us before ordering. We ask that customers confirm the date and time they wish to pick up the item with us beforehand.
Once a customer has picked up an order, there is no insurance on the transit of the item. Customers must inspect the item as best as possible beforehand as we cannot provide a replacement or a refund for damage found after transit.
Abode Haven will not be liable for any damage found after the transportation by yourself or a courier/freight company not organised by Abode Haven.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed, meaning you have either paid in full or made your first lay-by instalment, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Should a product be delivered faulty, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault. Bear in mind some of our products are antique and may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the product, any notable imperfections will be noted on the product page.
All custom / special ordered items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund, or exchange.

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access to allow the goods to be delivered. If the goods are unable to be delivered due to access, we are not able to refund the cost of the product or the delivery fee.
