- Sits on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights
- Proof of purchase needed; original purchaser only, not transferable
- Not covered: wear and tear, accident/misuse/improper assembly, unauthorised repair, non-household use
- Claims to sales@abodehaven.com.au with order number + photos

Returns & Refunds

Note: This product IS covered by our 14 day change of mind policy. 

- Damaged: photos/video within 24 hours for the freight claim
- Faulty or missing part: usually a free replacement part; major fault = your choice of replacement or refund
- Change of mind: 14 days, unassembled, original packaging, return freight at your cost, 5% admin fee
- Assembled flat-packs can't be returned for change of mind
- Refunds to original payment method once checked back in
