Canvas and Sasson

Canvas and Sasson was founded by Sarah Quin in 2014 as a way to express her passion for distinctive colour palettes, styles and patterns. The inception of Canvas Home stemmed from the belief that textiles hold the transformative power to reshape any space, even when starting with a blank slate. Canvas and Sasson now supplies a wide range of Australia's top retailers with a comprehensive range of furniture and homewares.

Having pursued studies in Textiles and Interior Design, Sarah ventured into the homewares industry, amassing more than two decades of experience with diverse retail and wholesale brands in Australia. In 2007, she introduced her wholesale enterprise, Canvas Home, as a channel to express her passion textiles, homewares and furniture which Sarah discovered from her numerous global adventures.

At the core of Sarah's vision is the creation of soft furnishing collections for homes, crafted using the distinctive art of traditional hand block printing, executed by skilled artisans in India.

In 2014, Sarah acquired Sasson Home, a purveyor of unique furniture, cotton dhurries, and hand-painted ceramic lamps. As both ventures flourished, catering to premier retailers and designers across Australia with a comprehensive array of furniture, soft furnishings, and homewares, the amalgamation of Canvas and Sasson gave rise to the entity known as Canvas+Sasson.

Canvas and Sasson have become famous for their incredible armchairs, bedheads, consoles and buffets. But their range doesn't stop their, they cover almost any room or space imaginable and have a piece for everybody. Their incredible collections are a breathe of fresh air for the Australian furniture market.
