Returns

We offer free 60-day change of mind returns on all Abode Haven Studio products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us at sales@abodehaven.com.au within 60 days of receiving your order and send the goods back to us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

For items that arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Warranty

All Abode Haven Studio products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tray develops a fault under normal use within 12 months of purchase, contact us at sales@abodehaven.com.au and we'll replace or refund it in full.

Please note that natural variations in stone colour, veining, pitting, and tone are inherent characteristics of genuine travertine and marble products and are not considered defects. These qualities are what make each piece uniquely yours.

Marble is a naturally porous stone that requires a little care to keep it looking its best. Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately after use. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, lemon juice, vinegar, and prolonged exposure to moisture. Do not place directly in water or put in the dishwasher. Oils, acids, and strongly pigmented liquids can cause marking on marble — clean spills immediately. With proper care your marble tray will remain beautiful for years.

Each tray is cut from genuine natural marble. Variations in veining, tone, pattern, and colour are inherent to the material and are not considered defects — they are what make your piece one of a kind. The tray you receive will be similar in character to the images shown but will carry its own completely unique veining pattern.

The marble in your Pietra tray was quarried from the Antalya region of southern Turkey — one of the most storied coastlines in the ancient world.

For over three thousand years, this stretch of southern Anatolia has been a crossroads of civilisation. The Lycians carved their cities into its limestone cliffs. The Greeks built temples along its harbour. And when Rome rose to become the greatest empire the world had known, it was to this coast that the emperors turned for stone worthy of their ambitions.

In 130AD, Emperor Hadrian sailed into the harbour of what is now Antalya city and was so moved by its beauty that a triumphal arch was built in his honour — one that still stands today. The ancient cities that rose from the surrounding hills were constructed from the same earth that your tray was cut from. The marble quarried here found its way into Roman baths, Byzantine churches, and the great civic buildings of a civilisation that shaped the world.

The white stone with its dramatic burgundy and violet veining formed over millions of years beneath the mountains of southern Anatolia, long before any human hand touched it. What arrived at your door is geology and history in equal measure.

No two pieces share the same pattern. The veining in your tray is its own — formed in the dark beneath an ancient mountain, finished by hand, and carried to your home.
