Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be feasible due to shipping preparation.
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided they are in sellable condition. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
For returns, contact our customer service with your order details. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, credited back to the original payment method.

We offer a 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This excludes damages from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
