How it works

- Your credit comes as a one-use code, emailed to the address on your order shortly after you place it.
- Use the code on your next order: $250 or more for a $25 code, $500 or more for a $50 code.
- The code is valid for 60 days from the day we send it. The expiry date is shown in the email.
The fine print
- When: orders placed from 9 November 2026 to 6 December 2026 (AEDT).
- What counts: the product total of a single order after any discounts, including GST. Shipping does not count. Orders can't be combined to reach a tier.
- One credit per order: each qualifying order earns one credit, at the highest tier it reaches.
- Cancellations and refunds: cancelled orders don't earn credit. If your order is cancelled or refunded so it no longer reaches its tier, we'll cancel the unused code. If the amount you kept still qualifies for the $25 credit, we'll send you a new $25 code.
- Using your code: one use only, on a future order that meets the minimum above (product total). It can't be used with other discount codes.
- The credit has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and isn't refundable.
- Codes are for use at abodehaven.com.au only.
