Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Check your delivery: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, faulty, missing, or not what you ordered, email us at sales@abodehaven.com.au within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Reporting promptly lets us resolve it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we'll repair, replace or refund it. These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy, and aren't limited to a set time period — they last as long as is reasonable for the type of product.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll cover the cost of return and replacement or refund. Just send us photos within 3 days of delivery (for transit damage) or as soon as a fault appears, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Change of mind: We do not accept change of mind returns of this item. 

Warranty: Eligible products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by item — details are included with your delivery or available on request. Warranty doesn't cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, failure to follow care instructions, or outdoor use of indoor products.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
