 Free shipping, Australia-wide. We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email or SMS once it's on its way.

Delivery time: Most metro deliveries arrive in 2–4 business days. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Regional & rural areas: Some regional and rural postcodes may attract an additional freight charge. If your order is affected, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Signature on delivery: Business addresses require a signature. For home addresses you can leave "authority to leave" instructions — please note that's at your own risk if a parcel goes missing.

Please check your order on arrival. If anything's damaged in transit, let us know within 48 hours (see Returns) so we can sort it quickly.

Damaged or incorrect on arriva

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered,  email sales@abodehaven.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging, labels and barcodes — we need these to process it.

Change of mind

We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on these items, so please choose carefully — and reach out before you order if you have any questions, we're happy to help.

Sale items

Sale items aren't eligible for credits, returns or exchanges.

Faults & warranty

All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product develops a major fault you're entitled to a replacement or refund; for minor faults we'll repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time. Just get in touch and we'll help.
