Shipping Australia-wide: We deliver right across Australia — metro and regional.

Carrier: Most pieces are sent with Australia Post. Larger furniture items travel by courier.

Refunds, Returns & Warranty

Note this item is NOT covered by our 14 day change of mind policy - it does have a 7 day change of mind policy below. 

- 12-month warranty: Every item is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

- Arrived damaged or faulty? Let us know within 7 days of delivery and send a few photos. We'll organise a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

- Changed your mind? Change-of-mind returns can be accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to come back in its original condition and packaging, with return postage at the customer's cost.

Returns & Refunds

Note: This product IS covered by our 14 day change of mind policy. 

- Damaged: photos/video within 24 hours for the freight claim
- Faulty or missing part: usually a free replacement part; major fault = your choice of replacement or refund
- Change of mind: 14 days, unassembled, original packaging, return freight at your cost, 5% admin fee
- Assembled flat-packs can't be returned for change of mind
- Refunds to original payment method once checked back in
