Refund Claims
Note: This item is NOT covered by our 14 day change of mind return
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED INVENTORY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A PHOTO OF THE APPLICABLE PIECE OR PIECES.
All claims must be notified to Abode Haven within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
No goods are to be returned directly to Abofe Haven without prior approval.
No deductions from the invoice can be taken without prior approval from this office.
Phil Bee Interiors does not refund moneys, however we will credit your account should your claim be approved.
Please choose carefully as we do not credit or refund for change of mind or if products are not suitable.
Cancelled Orders
All cancelled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. Some orders may be cancelled if the item hasn't been packaged or shipped.
NT, TAS, WA or Regional & Rural Delivery
As most of Abode Haven's products are bulky and hard to transport items, if you live outside a metro area in any state please contact us before ordering as your shipping may be different to what is shown on the checkout page.
This also applies to all orders from NT, TAS or WA.
We try our best to subsidise shipping as much as we can and it's possible your shipping may be cheaper than what is shown.
